Shelley Jansen

Shelley JansenShelley Jansen is the Bikram Yoga Glastonbury studio director. She has studied with Bikram Choudhury; completing his 9 week intensive training which consisted of over 500 hours of yoga practice, posture clinics, and lectures. A Glastonbury native, Shelley has returned to town to share her passion for Bikram Yoga.
